Refund policy

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to accept returns. This is due to the nature of the garments being made-to-order as well as the sanitary issues with accepting underwear returns. 

There are some exceptions, outlined below. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If any of these are the case, a replacement or refund will be organised. 


Refunds
If there has been a problem which results in a refund being organised, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
