At this very moment we do not offer returns or exchanges. This is due to the nature of the business as items are made-to-order as well as the fact that intimate items cannot be returned and resold due to hygiene and safety. However, if the item is damaged or incorrect, do not hesitate to get in touch and a refund or exchange can be sorted.

Delivery to the UK is £3 for all orders. This is second class Royal Mail.

The current standard sizes range from XS-L, and a detailed size guide can be found here. However, it is possible for any size to be made (unless stated otherwise) and you may add sizing details in the order notes or get in touch about your order. We also offer a ‘fuller bust’ range in some top designs; details of this can also be found on the size guide.

You can choose any size matching knicker and top and they will be made and sent as usual.

All items are designed with sustainability in mind. We use organic cotton and bamboo fabrics (two of the most eco-friendly options), as well as some deadstock fabric. Our carbon footprint is made as low as possible by purchasing supplies from other UK businesses rather than across the planet and powering our machines with green energy. Generally, we suggest hand washing items or machine washing on a low heat with a ‘delicates’ setting. It is also recommended that you wash with similar colours and do not wash with other garments that have metal components (such as zips) as they could snag the delicate fabrics. Hang out flat to dry.
